Making the Appointment and Selecting a Date

Please make individual appointments for every person in your family.

We only give appointment through our website in order to prevent spelling errors and misunderstandings due to language differences. If necessary ask one of your family members or a friend to help you use the medical appointment system. We prepare your documents before you come to our office based on the information you provide during your appointment request. This is why it is essential that you provide the correct information.

Please consider the days which we do not work and make your appointment accordingly. We usually work Monday to Saturday. We do not work on Sunday as it is official weekend holiday in Turkey. We may not be available in some of the National & Religious Holidays please refer to our appointment system to see available dates for appointments.

When to Come?

The online tool will provide the best dates for you to make appointments according to your specifications. Unless there are unforeseen complications you will receive your medical package on time before your interview as long as you make your appointment according to what the system provided dates. There is no need for you to confirm the dates by email or phone.

We do not recomend making an appointment earlier than 1 month before your interview because the medical report is valid only for 6 months. Because of this the appointment manager will allow you to make appointments up to 30 days from now.

It is best to correctly enter your appointment date with the embassy to our appointment management system and let the system guide you. If you do not have an interview with the embassy, enter the date you would like to receive your medical report.

Have your case number, interview date with the embassy, passport and a valid email address ready with you.

Enter your details exactly the same as it is written on your passport.

Wait for our confirmation e-mail which should be sent to you at the end of 4 working days after applying to the appointment manager in our web page. Please also check your Junk Mail/Spam inbox. If you do not receive an e-mail 4 working days later, send us a reminding e-mail.

Please do not make double appointments.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

To reschedule or cancel your appointment go to the Check Appointment Status page. Enter your appointment number and passport number to see your appointment. When you open your appointment you will have the option to change or cancel your appointment.

Please do not forget to include your appointment number with every email you send to us.
