Fraud Prevention & Safety Notice

At Doctorun (US Panel Site), your safety and trust are our priority. We want to be absolutely clear:

We are not affiliated with any agency, broker, consultant, or individual who claims they can “help” you with your immigration medical examination in exchange for extra money or promises of a visa, faster results, or any immigration benefit.

We Do NOT:

  • Work with “agents” or “middlemen” who:
    • Ask you to pay them to get an appointment
    • Promise a visa approval or faster processing
    • Offer “special treatment” at our clinic
  • Guarantee or influence the outcome of your U.S. visa application in any way
  • Charge hidden fees outside of the official fees announced directly

All medical decisions and reports are made only by our panel physicians and staff, according to U.S. CDC and U.S. Department of State rules.

How to Book Safely

To protect yourself book your appointment personally only through our website, we do not give appointments in any other way.

Only use our official channels to communicate:

Do not send money or personal documents to:

  • WhatsApp numbers claiming to “book faster”
  • Social media accounts pretending to be our clinic
  • Unofficial websites or links sent by strangers

If you are unsure whether a message or website is really from us, contact us directly via our official channels before you respond or pay anything.

Payments

  • You only pay in our clinic directly (on-site) right after your examination is completed. All fees are clearly visible on our website.
  • We never ask you to:
    • Pay upfront or pay an additional fee after the examination fee is paid
    • Pay an “extra fee” to speed up your immigration case
    • Pay an outside person/agency to “confirm” or “unlock” your appointment
    • Share your card or bank details via social media or messaging apps

Red Flags – Possible Fraud

Be careful if someone promises:

  • A guaranteed visa
  • “Preferred” medical results
  • Faster U.S. Embassy decisions for a fee

Asks you to send:

  • A payment for any reason
  • Photos of your passport, visa, or medical records through WhatsApp/DM
  • Your email/SMS verification codes
  • If you see any of these, do not pay and do not share information. Contact us and/or your local authorities.

What Our Role Is (and Is Not)

  • We only perform immigration medical examinations as required by U.S. law.
  • We do not:
    • Decide whether you receive a visa
    • Speed up or delay your case at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate
    • Offer legal or immigration advice

The final visa decision is made only by the U.S. Embassy/Consulate.

How to Report Suspected Fraud

If you suspect someone is pretending to represent Doctorun or our clinic:

  • Take screenshots or keep any emails/messages.
  • Do not send money or documents.
  • Contact us immediately at: drungan@doctorun.com

You may also report suspicious activity to 

  • Your local police/authorities
  • The U.S. Embassy/Consulate where you are applying (through their fraud/reporting channel)
