Ungan Family Practice is approved by the American Embassy, consular section to administer medical examinations for United States visa applicants. Fees have been established by the American Embassy, consular section. Charges for the physical examination and other required tests are fixed priced. Required vaccines vary by age, health and the vaccination history and each vaccine has a different price. Fees must be paid by the visa applicant either by Turkish Lira or USD in cash (no credit card, no electronic payment).
