  • It is better to make your appointment 1 month before your interview with the embassy.
  • If you are making appointments for your family, first start with making appointments for the children ages from 2 to 15.
  • Make an appointment for each member of your family.
  • Have your case number, interview date with the embassy, passport and a valid email address ready with you.
  • Enter your details exactly the same as it is written on your passport. Avoid using abbreviations for your name. Write your full name as it is written in your passport.
  • Steps for making an appointment.
    1. Enter your details.
    2. Select appointment date and time.
    3. Check the information you have entered and the appointment date/time.
    4. Finish. Wait for confirmation.
