You can ONLY make an appointment with us using our appointment management system. Please follow the instructions carefully.

  • You should start by reading the information on this site.
  • Make an appointment for every person in your family. Starting with your children!
  • You can't make an appointment earlier than 1 month before your interview with the embassy.
  • Have your case number, interview date with the embassy, passport and a valid email address ready with you.
